Chicken enchilada casserole
Ingredients/Components
- water - 1/2 c
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- cream of chicken soup - 1 c
- corn tortillas - 2 doz
- can green chilies - 1 item
- chicken, cooked and diced - 2 c
- Longhorn cheese - 1/2 lb
How to make chicken enchilada casserole:
Cut up tortillas. Put 1/2 chicken on bottom of pan in layers. Add 1/3 of chicken, cheese and chilies. Make 2 more layers. Pour diluted soup over this. Top with cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
