- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- rice - 1 c
- fryer, cut up - 1 item
- can onion soup - 1 item
- soup can water - 1 item
How to make chicken and rice casserole:
Sprinkle rice into baking pan. Pour onion soup over rice. Add 1 cup of water. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Mix the cream of chicken soup with 1 can of water and spread over chicken. Bake, uncovered, in preheated 325° oven for 1 1/2 hoursRecipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
