Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 2 c
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chicken broth - 1 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- onion, chopped - 1/2 c
- chicken, boiled and deboned - 1 item
- corn tortillas, quartered - 1 pkg
How to make chicken enchilada casserole:
Boil and debone chicken, reserving one cup chicken broth. Set aside. In a saucepan, combine onion, garlic, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup and chicken broth. Heat through, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add sour cream. InRecipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
