Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- honey - 3 Tbsp
- Dijon mustard - 1/4 c
- sesame seed - 4 Tbsp
- dry sherry - 1/4 c
- chicken breast halves, boneless or bone-in - 4 item
How to make chicken dijon:
In a 10-inch skillet over high heat, brown sesame seed until toasted and light colored. Pour sesame seed into a small bowl and mix in honey, sherry, mustard and lemon juice. Place chicken in a baking dish and pour sauce over all. Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes (boneless) or 40 to 45 minutes (bone-in).
