Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 1 item
- slices Swiss cheese - 3 item
- can sliced mushrooms - 1 item
- chicken breasts - 3 item
- slices bacon - 6 item
- slices ham, boiled - 6 item
How to make chicken cordon bleu:
Debone chicken breasts, then split in halves. Top each with 1/2 slice Swiss cheese. Add slices of ham to each. Place generous dollop of cream cheese in the center of each; roll up. Wrap slice of bacon around rolls; secure with a toothpick. Place in a flat baking dish. Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes in a 350° oven. Remove from pan; place on serving plate.
