- eggs - 2 item
- salt
- flour - 1 c
- water - 1 c
- paprika - 2 tsp
- poultry seasoning - 1 item
- chicken breasts, skinned and boned - 6 item
How to make chicken chunks:
Cut chicken into chunks. Beat eggs and mix with water. Combine flour, paprika, seasoning and salt. Mix to make a batter. Dip chicken chunks in batter and deep fry for 3 to 5 minutes. Drain on paper towel.Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Chicken breast.
