Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- chopped chicken - 4 6
- can golden mushroom soup - 1 item
- can regular mushroom soup - 1 item
- chopped hard-cooked eggs - 4 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1/2 item
- milk - 2 c
- grated cheese - 1/2 lb
How to make chicken casserole:
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Save some cheese to sprinkle over top. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 8 to 10.Mushroom soup may be omitted and other cream soups used.
