Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1/2 c
- wide noodles - 3/4 pkg
- chicken breasts - 4 item
- shredded cheese - 1/2 pkg
- layer Ritz crackers - 1 item
How to make chicken casserole:
Boil, skin and bone chicken. Cut in 1-inch pieces. Cook noodles according to directions. Mix all ingredients together except crackers; put into a casserole dish and add a layer of Ritz crackers. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
