  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • can cream of celery soup - 1 item
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • stick margarine, melted - 1 item
  • to 6 chicken breasts - 4 item
  • can cream of onion soup - 1 item
  • broth amount may vary - 1 c
  • blue Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix - 1 pkg

How to make chicken casserole:

Boil chicken 1 1/4 hours with 1-inch water, covering them. Cool; debone chicken. Place chicken in large buttered casserole dish. Mix 3 soups and pour over chicken. Place finely chopped onion over this. Add stuffing. Slowly drip batter over this; add broth from chicken. Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes. This is a meal in itself.
