Ingredients/Components
- Velveeta cheese - 1/2 lb
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- medium onion - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies - 1 item
- nacho cheese tortilla chips
- medium broiler-fryer - 1 item
How to make chicken casserole:
Cook and debone chicken. Dice and saute onion. Crush chips. Melt in double boiler both cans soup, cheese and tomatoes. In casserole, layer chicken, onions, chips and soup mixture. Bake at 350° until bubbly.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
