- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- uncooked rice - 1 to
- stick butter or margarine - 1 item
- seasoning salt - 1 item
- chicken breasts and thighs - 1 item
How to make chicken casserole:
Melt butter in baking dish. Mix soups together well and add to butter, mixing well. Add chicken, placing down in mixture. DO NOT SALT CHICKEN. Sprinkle with seasoning salt. Place in 275° oven, uncovered, for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Then cover and cook additional 1 hour and 15 minutes. Ready to serve.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
