Ingredients/Components
- can Chinese noodles - 1/2 item
- chicken breasts, cooked, broken into pieces and put into bottom of buttered casserole - 4 item
- layer of canned mushrooms or fresh - 1 item
- layer of canned, sliced water chestnuts - 1 item
How to make chicken casserole:
Mix together 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and 1 can cream of chicken soup. Add 1/2 pint sour cream. Pour over ingredients in casserole; top with rest of noodles. Bake 1 hour or less at 350°. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
