Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- oil - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- bay leaf - 1/2 item
- dry white wine - 1/4 c
- basil - 1/2 tsp
- tomato paste - 1/4 c
- sliced mushrooms - 1/2 1
- marjoram - 1/8 tsp
- thyme - 1/8 tsp
- chicken stock - 1 c
- skinless, boneless chicken breasts - 4 item
- minced clove of garlic - 1 item
- flour or Baking Magic seasoned coating mix - 1 item
How to make chicken cacciatore:
Dredge chicken with flour or Baking Magic seasoning mix. Saute until golden brown in oil. Add all other ingredients. Simmer the chicken, covered, for 1 hour or until tender. Serve with pasta or rice. Makes 4 servings.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
