Chicken crunch
Ingredients/Components
- toasted almonds - 1/3 c
- can chow mein noodles - 1 oz
- minced onion - 1/4 c
- diced celery - 1 c
- diced, cooked chicken - 3 c
- can tuna, drained and flaked - 1 oz
- cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 oz
- chicken broth or milk - 1/2 c
- can water chestnuts, thinly sliced - 1 oz
How to make chicken crunch:
In large mixing bowl, blend broth with soup. Mix in remaining ingredients except almonds. Pour into 2-quart casserole. Bake in a 325° oven for 40 minutes. Just before serving, sprinkle with almonds. Serves 6 to 8.Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Meat.
