Chicken cacciatore
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- flour - 1/2 c
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- salt optional - 1 tsp
- oregano - 1/4 tsp
- cloves garlic - 2 item
- onions, chopped - 2 c
- green pepper, chopped - 1/2 c
- can mushrooms - 1 item
- boneless chicken breast - 3 lb
- can drained whole tomatoes - 1 oz
- margarine oil or butter - 1/4 c
How to make chicken cacciatore:
Wash and pat chicken pieces with flour. Cook in hot oil for 15 to 20 minutes; set chicken aside. Add all of the remaining ingredients; cook for 10 minutes. Add chicken; cook for 50 minutes. Enjoy!!Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
