Chicken breasts with rice
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3/4 c
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- Parmesan cheese - 3 oz
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- slivered almonds - 1 pkg
- chicken breasts - 10 item
- sherry wine - 1/2 c
- wild rice, 1/2 c - 3/4 c
How to make chicken breasts with rice:
Grease a 9 x 12-inch pan. Cover bottom with raw rice. Mix soups, milk, butter and wine. Pour about 1/3 of mixture over rice. Place chicken on rice (do not overlap). Pour remainder of soup mixture over chicken. Sprinkle cheese and almonds on top. Bake at 275°, uncovered, for 2 1/2 hours.
