- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- slivered almonds - 1/2 c
- chicken breasts - 12 item
- uncooked rice
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- can mushrooms and juice - 1 item
How to make chicken rice casserole:
Butter 9 x 13-inch pan, then pat in uncooked rice. Add soup, rinsing cans with 1/2 can of water which is added to rice mix. Add mushrooms, juice and almonds. Salt and pepper chicken breasts; add melted margarine. Cook at 250° for 3 hours.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
