  • 80% fat-free smoked sausage - 1/2 lb

How to make chicken and sausage gumbo:

Place flour in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes or until caramel colored, stirring flour every 5 minutes. Brown sausage in a Dutch oven or large skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat. Drain and pat dry with paper towel
