Hawaiian teriyaki
Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
- soy sauce - 1/2 c
- olive oil - 2 Tbsp
- m - 1/2 tsp
- dry ginger - 1 tsp
- sirloin steak 1-inch thick
- canned water chestnuts - 1 item
How to make hawaiian teriyaki:
Cube steak or cut in strips. Stir into marinade and refrigerate overnight or at room temperature for 2 hours. Put onto skewers with water chestnuts. Cook on grill for 12 minutes. Baste with sauce.You can also use onions, green peppers and tomatoes with the beef.
