Ingredients/Components
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- slivered almonds - 1 pkg
- boneless chicken breasts - 1 item
- soup cans milk - 2 item
How to make chicken and rice casserole:
Put rice in bottom of 1 large cake pan and sprinkle seasoning packet over rice. Lay chicken over the rice.In another bowl, mix celery and mushroom soups and milk until well blended; pour over chicken and rice. Melt 1/2 stick of butter and drizzle over chicken and rice. Sprinkle on almonds and sprinkle 1/3 cup of Parmesan cheese. Bake at 275° for 3 hours or at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
