Chicken and rice casserole
Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine - 2 Tbsp
- water - 6 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- whole chicken - 1 item
- rice - 3 c
How to make chicken and rice casserole:
Boil chicken. Debone and set aside. In a 13 x 9-inch pan, add all ingredients, except chicken. Stir together. Cover with foil. Bake in a 350° oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until rice is done.
