Ingredients/Components
- onion soup mix - 1 pkg
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- rice - 1 c
- chicken, cut in pieces - 1 item
How to make chicken and rice casserole:
Pour 1 cup rice in bottom of glass baking dish. Pour cream of mushroom and 2 cans of water over rice. Add dry onion soup mix. Stir. Lay chicken in dish and salt and pepper and put butter on top of chicken. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, covered. Uncover and cook 30 more minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
