Chicken and broccoli casserole
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 bunch
- butter or margarine, melted - 1 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- curry powder - 3/4 tsp
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- toasted bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted - 2 item
- shredded sharp American cheese - 1/2 c
- chicken breasts, cooked and boiled boil 20 minutes - 4 item
How to make chicken and broccoli casserole:
Cook broccoli and drain. Arrange in greased baking dish. Place chicken on top. Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder together and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine bread crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle on top of cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.This dish can be fixed the day before and kept in refrigerator. Allow a little extra time for heating in this case.
