Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- egg - 1 item
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- stick butter or margarine, softened - 1 item
- Topping:1 8 oz
- box 4x sugar sometimes I use 10x - 1 item
How to make chess cake:
Mix ingredients together and pat into 9 x 13-inch pan.Topping:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened2 eggs1 box 4x sugar (sometimes I use 10x) Mix together and pour over cake mix, spreading evenly. Preheat oven to 350°. Bake for 45 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.Option: Sometimes I use 1 tablespoon lemon flavoring in topping mix.
