Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- chopped pecans - 2 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- egg - 1 item
- white Karo syrup
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- stick melted oleo - 1/2 item
- saved cake mix - 2/3 c
- Spray bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam
How to make pecan pie cake:
Mix cake mix (save back 2/3 cup of this), egg and melted oleo. Spray bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam. Add mixture and bake at 350° for 15 minutes. While this is cooking, mix:Topping:1/2 c. melted oleo2/3 c. saved cake mix1/2 c. brown sugar4 eggs1 1/2 c. white Karo syrup2 tsp. vanilla2 c. chopped pecans Pour on top of first mixture.
