Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- flour - 2 c
- melted butter - 3 Tbsp
- nuts - 1 c
- red food coloring - 2 tsp
- warm water
- Add the remaining ingredients
- can cherries - 1 item
- soda, dissolved in 3 Tbsp - 2 tsp
- juice from 1 can sour cherries
How to make cherry pudding cake:
Mix the sugar, flour, eggs and juice from the cherries. Add the remaining ingredients. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes in sheath pan (13 x 9-inch).Sauce:1 1/2 c. sugar2 Tbsp. flour2 Tbsp. melted butter1 1/2 c. warm water2 tsp. red food coloring Cook until well mixed and pour over cake while sauce and cake are still hot.
