Cherry jubilee

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/2 c
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• pkg - 1 oz
• Cool Whip - 9 oz
• yellow cake mix - 1 item
• cherry pie filling or pie filling of your choice - 1 item

How to make cherry jubilee:

Mix yellow cake mix as directed on package and pour into oblong baking dish. Cook as directed. Cool 2 hours.

In a mixing bowl combine cream cheese (room temperature), sugar, vanilla and Cool Whip. Spread over cake. Top with pie filling. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
