Ingredients/Components
- pecans - 1/2 c
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- 1/2 sticks oleo - 1 item
- large can crushed pineapple do not drain - 1 item
- can Comstock pie filling I use cherry, but any flavor will work - 1 item
How to make cherry crunch:
Use a 13 x 9-inch pan. Layer the pineapple, then the fruit filling. Next, sprinkle the entire box of dry cake mix. Cover top with pats of oleo. Bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes. After baking 40 minutes, take out of oven and sprinkle with pecans and return to oven and bake about 10 to 15 minutes more.Recipe categories: Desserts, Fruit, American.
