Ingredients/Components
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- white cake mix - 1 pkg
- whipped cream optional - 1 item
- cherry pie filling - 1 c
How to make cherry crunch:
Spread pie filling in the bottom of a 9-inch square pan. Sprinkle lemon juice over. Combine cake mix, nuts and melted butter. Sprinkle over pie filling. Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes, until golden brown. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.In memory of Marzelle Henderson.
