Ingredients/Components

• egg whites, beaten stiff - 4 item
• sugar - 1 c
• baking powder - 1/2 tsp
• chopped nuts - 1 c
• Ritz crackers, finely crumbled - 40 item
• Press small amount of mixture 1/2 in bottom of well-greased muffin pans mixture will raise when baked
• cream cheese - 1 (8
• large container Cool Whip - 1 item

How to make cherry blossoms:

Mix together ingredients for bottom. Press small amount of mixture (1/2) in bottom of well-greased muffin pans (mixture will raise when baked). Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes. Let cool. Remove from pans.For Top:1 c. powdered sugar1 (8 oz.) cream cheese2 tsp. sugar1 large container Cool Whip Cream together ingredients for top. Spread on baked bottoms. Top each with cherry pie filling.
