- medium potatoes - 5 item
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- can Cheddar cheese soup - 1 item
- soup can of milk - 1 item
How to make cheezy potatoes:
Peel and slice potatoes into greased Pyrex dish. Layer onion on top. Combine last 4 ingredients and pour over potatoes and onions. Cook 15 minutes at 500° and 45 minutes at 350°. Uncover and cook 15 more minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
