- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- shredded cheese - 2 c
- thin sliced potatoes - 8 c
- cans cream of chicken and mushroom soup - 2 item
How to make cheesy scalloped potatoes:
Mix soup, milk, salt, pepper, butter and cheese, then add potatoes. Pour in large baking dish. Bake 1 hour covered. Stir and bake 1/2 hour uncovered at 375°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Cheese.
