- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- grated carrots - 2 item
- vinegar - 1 c
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- medium head cabbage, shredded - 1 item
- onion, cut very fine - 1 item
- mustard or celery seed - 1 Tbsp
- green pepper, cut very fine - 1 item
How to make cabbage slaw:
Boil vinegar, sugar, salad oil and salt for five minutes; cool and add to remaining ingredients. Let set overnight.Recipe categories: Condiments, etc., Side dish, Garnishes.
