Cheesy potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- parsley flakes - 2 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- medium potatoes - 6 item
- small jar Cheez Whiz - 1 item
- smoked hot sausage precooked - 1 pkg
How to make cheesy potatoes:
Slice potatoes, then cook (boil) until firm, but soft (not mushy). In a large casserole dish, mix everything, except potatoes. Cut sausage into bite size pieces. Put potatoes in last and mix. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. (Can add onion.)Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Cheese.
