Cheesy potatoes

- sour cream - 8 oz
- corn flakes - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- 1/2 sticks margarine - 1 item
- 8 frozen hash browns - 1 pkg
How to make cheesy potatoes:
Place potatoes in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix sour cream, cheese and soup together. Crumble corn flakes on top of pan of potatoes after spreading cheese, soup and sour cream mixture. Then on top of corn flakes, melt 1 to 1 1/2 cups margarine or butter. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until bubbly and slightly browned on top.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Cheese.
