Cheesy pecan pie
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- dark corn syrup - 1 c
- pecans - 1 c
- eggs at room temperature - 4 item
- cream cheese at room temperature
How to make cheesy pecan pie:
Cream very thoroughly the cream cheese, sugar and salt. Add 1 egg; mix very well. Spread this mixture in bottom of 9-inch unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle 1 cup pecans on top of this mixture.
