Ingredients/Components
- half and half - 1 pt
- pkg
- salt - 1 tsp
- margarine or butter - 1/4 lb
- Velveeta cheese - 2/3 c
- onion, chopped - 1/4 item
- Cheddar cheese - 3 oz
How to make cheesy hash browns:
Put all ingredients, except potatoes, in blender. Blend until smooth. Place potatoes in 12 x 15-inch casserole. Break up and smooth evenly. Pour cheese mixture over potatoes. Do not stir. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350°. Serves 16.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
