Cheesy hash brown casserole
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 16 oz
- butter, melted - 3/4 c
- paprika - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 3 Tbsp
- can condensed cream of celery soup - 1 3/4
- corn flakes, crushed - 2 c
- American cheese like Velveeta, cubed - 1 lb
How to make cheesy hash brown casserole:
In a large bowl, combine hash browns, cheese, soup, sour cream, onion and 1/2 cup butter. Spread into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Combine crushed corn flakes with remaining butter and sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes or until hot and browned.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Cheese.
