- light cream - 1/2 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- chopped pimento - 2 Tbsp
- cooked ham, cubed - 1 to
- diced cooked potatoes - 2 c
How to make cheesy ham and potato casserole:
In a medium pan, heat cheese and cream, stirring constantly until cheese is melted and sauce is creamy. Remove from heat and stir in potatoes, ham and pimento. Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
