Ingredients/Components

  • margarine - 3 Tbsp
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • dried bread crumbs - 1/4 c
  • skinless and boneless chicken breast - 2 lb
  • crushed cornbread stuffing mix - 1/4 c
  • each: oregano and parsley flakes - 1/2 tsp
  • each: paprika, salt and black pepper - 1/4 tsp

How to make cheesy chicken bake:

Preheat oven to 350°. Spray pan with Pam. Dry chicken with paper towel. Melt margarine; brush over chicken until completely coated. Mix remaining ingredients; coat chicken with this mixture. Place in pan in 1 layer. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes; turn chicken in 15 minutes to brown evenly.
