  • salt - 1 item
  • bread crumbs - 1 c
  • oregano to taste - 1 item
  • stick margarine, melted - 1 item
  • garlic to taste - 1 item
  • small can Parmesan cheese - 1 item
  • chicken cut as in frying - 1 item

How to make cheesy chicken:

Wash and pat dry the chicken. Melt margarine. Add garlic and oregano. On paper towel, mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and salt. Dip chicken in margarine mixture. Roll in bread crumbs and cheese. Place in large baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam. Pour remaining margarine on top of chicken. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes or until chicken is done.
