Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 1 pt
  • salt - 1 item
  • pepper - 1 item
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • can water - 1/2 item
  • Swiss cheese - 1 item
  • rice - 1 item
  • sherry or white wine - 1 item
  • boned chicken breasts - 8 item
  • potato chip crumbs or Pepperidge Farm dressing - 1 item

How to make cheesy chicken:

Place chicken breast in casserole dish, 9 x 13-inches. Cover with grated Swiss cheese. Sprinkle with sherry or white wine. Mix cream of chicken soup with water and sour cream. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle chips or dressing on top. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Serve over rice.
