Ingredients/Components
- stick butter - 1 item
- stick butter, melted - 1/2 item
- Velveeta cheese - 1/2 lb
- cans sliced carrots can use fresh, cooked - 3 item
- slices bread 1 slice per can - 3 item
How to make cheesy carrots:
Melt 1 stick butter and cheese (separately) in microwave; drain carrots and add to cheese in 1-quart casserole. Crumble bread into the melted butter. Sprinkle bread over carrots. Bake at 350° until bubbly.Recipe categories: Side dish, Cheese, Carrots.
