Cheesecake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/2 c
• cream cheese - 2 (8
• eggs - 4 item
• vanilla - 1 Tbsp
• milk
• oil - 2 Tbsp
• lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
• box yellow cake mix - 1 item
• or 2 cans cherry pie filling or your favorite - 1 item

How to make cheesecake:

Reserve 1 cup of dry cake mix. Combine remaining cake mix, 1 egg and oil. Press into bottom and sides of lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan. (Mixture may be crumbly.)

Blend softened cream cheese and sugar. Add 3 eggs and 1 cup cake mix. Beat 1 minute at medium speed. At low speed, add milk, vanilla and lemon juice. Mix until smooth. Pour into pan.

Bake at 300° about 50 minutes or until toothpick tests clean. Cool. Top with pie filling.
