- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- cream cheese, softened - 2 (8
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- can cherry, blueberry or strawberry filling optional - 1 item
How to make cheese cake:
Reserve 1 cup cake mix. In a large mixing bowl, combine remaining cake mix, 1 egg and oil. Mix until crumbly. Press on bottom and about halfway up sides of a 10-inch spring-form pan (or any deep pan or dish). Set aside. Beat cream cheese and sugar together. Add 3 eggs and reserved cake mix. Beat one minute on medium speed. On low speed, gradually add milk, lemon juice and vanilla. Mix until smooth. Pour into crust. Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes. Cool.
