Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• eggs - 5 item
• vanilla - 1/2 tsp
• pkg - 3 oz
• Put tin cups with foil on cookie sheet and fill 3/4 full

How to make cheesecake:

Mix well until smooth. Put tin cups with foil on cookie sheet and fill 3/4 full. Bake at 300° for 30 to 40 minutes. Do not brown. Cool.Topping:1/2 pt. sour cream1/4 c. sugar1/2 tsp. vanilla Mix together sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Put small amount on each. Top with half of a maraschino cherry. Bake 5 minutes at 300°. Refrigerate.
