  • graham cracker crumbs - 1 pkg
  • sugar - 1 c
  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • small box lemon jello - 1 item
  • can Milnot - 1 item
  • choice of toppings cherries or strawberries - 1 item

How to make cheesecake:

Chill Milnot overnight. Mix graham cracker crumbs with 2 tablespoons sugar and margarine. Spread in deep dish. Mix jello with one cup boiling water, then chill until a syrup stage. Watch closely. Cream the cream cheese and one cup sugar with the vanilla; add jello and mix.

Whip Milnot and fold into the mixture 4 or 5 tablespoons at a time. Pour over crust and let chill. Top with choice of toppings.
