- graham cracker crumbs - 1 c
- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla
- pkg
- sour cream - 1 c
- melted margarine - 3 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
How to make cheesecake:
Filling:3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese3/4 c. sugar3 eggs1 Tbsp. lemon juice Topping:1 tsp. vanilla1 c. sour cream2 Tbsp. sugar Mix ingredients for crust and press into the bottom of a spring-form pan. Bake at 450° for 5 minutes.Soften cream cheese and add other ingredients for the filling. Beat together until creamy and pour over crust. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 300° and continue baking for 30 minutes.
Mix topping ingredients and spread carefully over baked cheesecake. Bake for 10 minutes at 300°. Cool and refrigerate overnight.
