  • sugar - 1 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • stick butter, melted - 1 item
  • can chilled evaporated milk - 1 oz

How to make cheesecake:

Crust:3 c. graham cracker crumbs3 Tbsp. sugar1 stick butter, melted Mix crust ingredients together. Press mixture on bottom and sides of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

Dissolve lemon jello in 1 cup boiling water. In another bowl, cream sugar and cream cheese, then add vanilla. Add lemon jello. Beat can of milk until stiff. Add to the rest of mixture; pour into graham crust and chill until firm.
