- graham cracker crumbs
- sugar
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla
- pkg - 5 oz
- melted butter - 1/3 c
How to make chocolate chip cheesecake:
Crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture evenly on bottom and 1 inch up on sides of a 10-inch spring-form pan. Bake at 350° for 5 minutes.Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add sugar gradually. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla. Stir in chocolate chips. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Turn oven off; leave door partially open for 30 minutes. Remove from oven; cool on a wire rack. Cover cheesecake; chill at least 8 hours.
